ADM London Hires Business Development Director from the Marketing Store

ADM Promotions has appointed Robert Pursey to the role of Account Director, New Business Development, UK. Pursey, most recently European product and business development director for global strategic marketing agency The Marketing Store Worldwide joined ADM this month and will help grow ADM’s existing account portfolio as well as building business with existing clients.
Pursey will report directly into the UK MD and will identify best fit clients and business opportunities for ADM business across multiple industry sectors including FMCG, Entertainment and licensing.
An industry professional with over 20 years experience, Robert has helped major global brands and multinationals develop and deliver promotional campaigns for clients including Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Kellogg’s, Budweiser, Kraft and Gillette.

Smiley World Ltd hands ADM Licence to Produce Branded Promotional Products for key clients across Europe

The company behind the universally recognised 'Smiley' logo brand, Smiley World Ltd has granted ADM Promotions a licence to manufacture, have manufactured and sell both Smiley and Smiley World labelled branded promotional products to a selected group of clients sectors across Europe.
The promotional products developed by ADM, which will range from bags and luggage to jewellery and children's products will be used to target selected clients in the European and Middle Eastern markets.

Lifestyle Brand Laura Ashley Awards ADM Licence to Produce Branded Promotional Products

International lifestyle brand, Laura Ashley, has granted ADM Promotions, an exclusive 3 year licence agreement to manufacture Laura Ashley branded promotional products across Europefor a selected number of clients.

The promotional products developed by ADM, which will range from bags and luggage to watches and stationary will be used to target the promotional sector in Europe, including countries within the European Union, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Belorussia, Switzerland, and Norway.

Pot Noodle Spinning Fork Takes Gold

ADM Promotions’ Pot Noodle ‘Spinning Fork’ created for the food, toiletries and household products giant, Unilever UK, scoops a gold medal at the recent ISP Awards 2009.

Designed to re-position the Pot Noodle brand, 300,000 spinning forks were produced for an on pack Pot Noodle promotion offering consumers the chance to win one of thousands of spinning forks. Recognised as the brand’s most successful promotional tool an additional 20,000 spinning forks were ordered resulting in a significant increase in sales.

ADM has signed an exclusive deal with internationally acclaimed artist, Bob Van Persie, offering clients the opportunity to use his unique style of art on a range of promotional merchandise - anything from textiles to ceramics.
ADM and Van Persie will together create bespoke promotional concepts for clients seeking to promote their brand in a fresh and innovative way with one off art work.
With a particular interest in crowd scenes, Bob uses materials in his work which on the face of it appear to be of no value to others. Things people throw away are resurrected and given a new life by Bob. He uses newspapers and magazines from all around the globe (China, Egypt, USA, Europe) to create his crowds. The papers supply their own colour so that paint is not needed

Global Drinks Giant Hands European Business to ADM Promotions.

After a successful UK based partnership spanning eight years global drinks company Diageo Plc has appointed ADM Promotions to be its marketing procurement partner across Europe. With 40 agencies involved in the initial pitch, including incumbent 4x, ADM Promotions will provide creative input and strategic advice alongside the traditional promotional merchandise, premiums, POS, Visibility and Glassware. With offices across Europe the agency will deliver local services to key Diageo markets in Great Britain, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Greece, Poland, France, Italy and the Nordics.

ADM Has New Offering For Clients - Sports Marketing Division

ADM’s new London based sports marketing division, will work with world governing bodies and sponsors of international sporting events providing bespoke promotional merchandise and marketing support.

Ian Creasey Named CEO of ADM Promotions

ADM Promotions today announced that Ian Creasey ,49, will join the agency as CEO, effective immediately. Ian will be based in the UK and will report to Philippe Varnier, Chairman of the Polyconcept Group. Ian will also serve as a member of the Polyconcept board of Directors.

Most recently Creasey was the President of Lowe, EMEA and prior to that spent 5 years in the Far East as President of Lowe Asia Pacific. While at Lowe, Ian was responsible for managing a host of local and international clients including Unilever, Coca Cola, Compaq Computers, Birds Eye Walls and SKB.

‘Bringing 25 years experience of the global advertising industry and his impressive track record on both the client and agency side makes him a perfect fit for us. He is a champion of creativity, a nurturing leader of people and a professional dedicated to his clients. I am thrilled to have Creasey on board’ said Philippe Varnier.

Creasey holds a B.Sc from the University of Wales and is an alumni of Harvard Business School through their Advanced Management Programme.
