Our IT systems
We’ve developed bespoke ADM IT systems that enable both our teams and our clients manage the total promotion process. From initial brief to final delivery. The systems are designed to control the process, provide constant real time information on any promotional in development and give our clients the information they need in terms of timings, costs and project status. We call this IT system WAM. We have no idea why!
1. Online Briefing/Order Management System
This proprietary system manages ADM productdevelopment from initial briefing idea generation to quote approval, to production, to delivery and finally invoicing. The system also houses an extensive library of over 50,000 product ideas plus QC/Social Compliance audit reports by factory for all ADM manufacturing partners, currently numbering over 200 and growing daily. Critically, our clients have online access to this management tool to allow them to participate directly in real time on the development and production of their promotional products.
2. ADM Client Management Approval System
Initially developed to manage the approval of all FIFA branded items developed by Commercial Affiliates & Partners for 2006 FIFA World Cup™- we are now using version 2 of this system to manage the 2010 FIFA World Cup™. Different versions are also being used by our international clients to manage their specific promotion developments.
3. E Commerce / On-Line Catalogues
ADM has real depth of expertise in developing promotional product catalogues for our clients. We are developing and managing over 9 catalogues for Diageo, and have 4 different Commercial Affiliate catalogues running for the FIFA 2010 World Cup™. Our e-commerce catalogue solutions include creative development and overall catalogue design, order window management, order consolidation, approval systems, tracking, and client message boards for internal order management.
